By using the services of Amere Taiba International, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings, reservations, travel arrangements, tickets, visas, hotels, transportation, Umrah packages, and other services provided by Amere Taiba International.

1. Booking & Availability

• All bookings and reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant airline, hotel, visa provider, transport company, or other third-party service provider.

• Availability shown or communicated by our team does not guarantee final confirmation until the booking has been officially confirmed.

• Prices and availability may change at any time without prior notice.

• A booking shall only be considered confirmed once the required payment has been received and the relevant voucher, invoice, ticket, or official confirmation has been issued, where applicable.

• We reserve the right to correct any genuine pricing, availability, or technical errors before final confirmation.

2. Promotional & Incorrect Rates

From time to time, a team member may unintentionally communicate an incorrect, outdated, or system-generated rate.

• Any rate communicated by phone, WhatsApp, social media, email, or any other channel should not be considered finally confirmed until an official voucher, invoice, ticket, or booking confirmation has been issued.

• Making a payment does not, by itself, guarantee that an incorrectly quoted rate will be honored if the rate was communicated due to a genuine human, technical, system, or supplier error.

• If an incorrect rate is identified before final confirmation, Amere Taiba International reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the transaction and refund any eligible amount received, subject to applicable payment and supplier policies.

• Customers are strongly advised to obtain and verify the official voucher/invoice before making any arrangements based on a quoted rate.

3. Passenger & Travel Document Verification

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:

• Full name as per passport

• Passport number

• Passport expiry date

• Date of birth

• Nationality

• Gender

• Visa information

• CNIC/ID details, where applicable

• Any other information required for the requested service

Before submitting a visa application, we may provide the customer with a preview/image of the application or entered information for verification.

The customer must carefully check all details and immediately notify us of any error or correction required.

Once the customer has reviewed the information and confirms it as correct, Amere Taiba International will not be responsible for losses, delays, rejection, additional charges, or other consequences resulting from incorrect information supplied or approved by the customer, including incorrect names, passport numbers, dates of birth, or other personal details.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring that their passport and other travel documents meet the applicable airline, visa, immigration, and government requirements.

4. Visa Applications

• Visa applications are subject to the rules, requirements, approval, and discretion of the relevant authorities.

• Submission of a visa application does not guarantee visa approval.

• Visa processing times may vary and are outside our direct control.

• Visa fees and related service charges may be non-refundable once an application has been submitted.

• Amere Taiba International is not responsible for visa rejection, delays, additional requirements, or decisions made by the relevant authorities.

5. Non-Changeable & Non-Refundable Bookings

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, all bookings made through Amere Taiba International are non-changeable and non-refundable.

• Once a booking has been confirmed, cancellation may result in cancellation charges.

• Any cancellation request after confirmation will be subject to the applicable cancellation charges imposed by the relevant airline, hotel, transport provider, visa provider, tour operator, or other supplier.

• In cases where the supplier does not permit cancellation or refund, no refund will be payable to the customer.

• Any applicable refund, if available, will be processed only after receiving the refund from the relevant supplier and after deduction of applicable charges.

• Customers should confirm the cancellation and refund conditions before making a booking.

6. Airlines, Flights & Schedule Changes

Flight schedules, timings, routes, baggage allowances, aircraft, and other travel arrangements are controlled by the airline and may change without prior notice.

Amere Taiba International shall not be held responsible for:

• Flight delays or cancellations

• Schedule changes

• Route changes

• Missed connections

• Airline operational decisions

• Baggage delays or loss

• Airport restrictions

• Denied boarding

• Airline-specific penalties or charges

Any claims or compensation relating to airline operations shall be subject to the airline’s applicable policies and regulations.

7. Hotel Bookings

• Hotel room availability and rates are subject to confirmation by the hotel.

• Room types, facilities, check-in/check-out times, meal plans, extra beds, and other hotel services are subject to the hotel’s policies.

• Hotel management may change facilities or services without prior notice.

• Special requests are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by the hotel.

• Hotel cancellation, amendment, no-show, and refund policies may vary and shall apply to the relevant booking.

8. Umrah Packages & Travel Services

Umrah packages may include different combinations of flights, accommodation, visas, transportation, and other services.

The exact inclusions and exclusions shall be determined by the package description, quotation, invoice, voucher, or booking confirmation issued to the customer.

Customers must carefully review the inclusions, exclusions, dates, room type, transportation arrangements, and other details before confirming their booking.

9. Payments

• Customers must make payments only through the officially designated payment methods/accounts provided by Amere Taiba International.

• Customers should verify the account title and payment details before transferring funds.

• Payments made to unauthorized individuals, personal accounts, or third parties are made at the customer’s own risk unless expressly authorized by Amere Taiba International.

• Customers should retain proof of payment until the booking process has been fully completed.

10. Third-Party Services

Many services provided by Amere Taiba International are delivered by third-party providers, including airlines, hotels, visa authorities, transport companies, and other suppliers.

We are not responsible for circumstances caused by third parties that are beyond our reasonable control, including service disruptions, delays, cancellations, operational changes, or policy changes.

11. Force Majeure

Amere Taiba International shall not be liable for failure, delay, or interruption of services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Government restrictions

• Immigration restrictions

• Natural disasters

• Weather conditions

• Epidemics or pandemics

• War or civil unrest

• Airport closures

• Airline disruptions

• Government or regulatory decisions

• Technical failures

• Third-party service interruptions

12. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

• Misuse or interfere with the website

• Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute website content without permission

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

• Upload harmful or malicious material

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all booking details, including:

• Flight details

• Hotel name and room type

• Check-in and check-out dates

• Package inclusions

• Payment amount

• Visa information

• Cancellation conditions

Any discrepancy should be reported immediately before final confirmation.

15. Amendments to Terms

Amere Taiba International reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The updated terms will become effective once published on the website.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking, submitting a payment, requesting a service, or using our website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
